How to return a product and within what time.

Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase, without penalty and without having to give a reason.

The product must be returned to us unopened and undamaged, in its original packaging. A product that has been unsealed can no longer be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Simply send us a clear statement to this effect, by email to info@fisherkinder.com or via the Contact page.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unopened bottle to us. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, a bottle that has been opened or whose tamper-evident ring is broken cannot be returned. If there is a problem with a product, write to us via the contact form, stating your order number and the batch number printed on the bottle, with a photo if possible.

Model withdrawal form

You are not obliged to use this form: a clear statement by email is sufficient. We provide it because the law requires us to, and because it may save you time.

Returning the product

The product must reach us within 14 days of your withdrawal statement. The cost of returning it is borne by you.

Please return it, preferably in its original packaging, intact, with the delivery note and any accessories, to the following address:

You may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay once the products have been received back. If you had chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard offer, the extra cost remains payable by you.

Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
• goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by us.

As our products are food supplements, a bottle or box that has been opened or unsealed cannot be taken back. This exception protects the safety of all customers.

Non-conforming or damaged product

If a product does not match your order, arrives damaged or is missing from the parcel, contact us ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible.

You also benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects existing at the time of delivery. As our products are foodstuffs, their conformity is assessed in relation to the date of minimum durability shown on the packaging. Any defect must be reported to us within two months of its discovery. Dealing with a non-conforming product costs you nothing: neither the return nor the replacement.
