Our products are made at specialised sites, with rigorous control of quality, safety and traceability at every stage of production.
Each format has its own requirements: a syrup, a liquid stick and a capsule are not produced on the same lines. We therefore entrust each product to the site whose specialism it is, whatever country it is in. What does not change from one site to another is our specification: the same testing and the same analyses before every release onto the market.

The first three points are rights that the law guarantees you with any seller established in the European Union: they are not favours, and we do not present them as such. The fourth is our side of the contract.
- 14 days to change your mind You have 14 days from the day after delivery to withdraw, without penalty and without giving a reason. Exceptions exist for unsealed products: they are set out here.
- The price shown is the price paid All prices on the site include all taxes. The total, including delivery costs, is shown before payment: no amount appears at the last moment.
- Your data remains yours We only collect what is needed to process your order. You can access it, correct it or ask for it to be erased: see our privacy policy.

We believe in clear, accessible information. Every batch is analysed in the laboratory; the analysis reports can be viewed on our Certificates page, and are available on request for a specific batch.
