Our syrups are formulated for children aged 3 to 12. DHA Algal Oil is taken at one capsule a day from 3 to 12, and two capsules for teenagers and adults. Our products are not suitable for infants and children under 3. If in doubt, ask a health professional.

Shake the bottle before each use. For the syrups: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day from 3 to 6, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day from 7 to 12. For the Calcium · Magnesium · Zinc sticks: 1 stick per day from 3 to 6, 2 sticks from age 7. The dose is shown on each pack and must not be exceeded.

Yes. The syrups are taken neat or mixed with fruit juice. The DHA capsules are twist-off capsules: they can be chewed, or the tip twisted off and the contents squeezed onto cold food, into a cold drink or directly into the mouth. Both methods are shown on the box.

The syrups are stored in a cool, dry place away from heat (max. 25 °C). After opening, keep them refrigerated at 2 to 6 °C and use within 30 days. The Calcium · Magnesium · Zinc sticks do not go in the fridge: store them dry, below 25 °C. The best-before date is under the pack.

The oil in our DHA capsules is extracted from the microalga Schizochytrium sp., not from fish. However, the capsule shell is made of fish gelatine: this product is therefore not suitable for a vegetarian diet, nor for people who are allergic to fish. The five other products contain no ingredients of animal origin. Four of them — the Multivitamins, B-Complex + Zinc, Iron and Arginine syrups — also carry a vegan statement, available on the certificates page; for the Calcium · Magnesium · Zinc sticks, this statement is in progress. No. The taste of our syrups comes from a fruit juice concentrate — orange for the Multivitamins, peach for the B-Complex & Zinc, banana for the Iron — complemented by a natural flavouring from the same fruit. No colouring goes into our formulas. The full composition is on each product page and on the packaging: that is the reference to check, product by product.

We work with production sites that specialise by format: a syrup, a liquid stick and a capsule are not made on the same lines. For each product, we choose the site that best masters its technology, whatever country it is in. (→ see processes and controls) The specification, however, never changes: the same testing, the same batch analyses. All our products are notified to the Belgian authorities before being placed on the market. The country of manufacture of each product is shown on our Processes & checks page.

Yes. Every batch is analysed in the laboratory; the analysis reports can be viewed on our Certificates page, and are available on request for a specific batch. That page also explains our approach in detail.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. In Belgium, delivery usually follows within 24 to 48 hours of shipping. For other countries, the time depends on the destination and the carrier.

Yes, and it applies automatically in the basket, with no code to enter: −5 % from 3 products, −10 % from 6, −15 % from 9 and −20 % from 12.

The products do not need to be identical. Only the number of items in the basket counts: three different products unlock the same tier as three of the same product. You can therefore combine freely according to each child's age.

A pack counts as two products for the quantity discount. Example: one pack and one bottle already make 3 products, so −5% on the whole basket, pack included.

Belgium and the Netherlands: free pickup point from 30 €, free home delivery from 45 €. France: free pickup point from 30 €; home delivery 5,90 € from 30 €, then 2,90 € from 45 €. Germany: free delivery from 45 €, to a pickup point or to your home. Thresholds apply to the product amount after discounts, VAT included. For the other countries we deliver to, only home delivery is available, at the rate shown on the Delivery page, whatever the order amount.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you are withdrawing from your purchase, without having to give a reason. The product must come back to us unopened and undamaged. The procedure is set out on the page Returns and refunds.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unopened bottle to us. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, a bottle that has been opened or whose tamper-evident ring is broken cannot be returned. If there is a problem with a product, write to us via the contact form, stating your order number and the batch number printed on the bottle, with a photo if possible.

Yes. Payments are processed by a certified provider and no bank details are stored on our site.
