Areas served

We deliver exclusively to the Member States of the European Union, except Cyprus and Malta.

Any order with a delivery address outside this area will be refused or cancelled, even if it has been accepted by the website's system. Any amounts paid are then refunded in full.

Delivery costs

Costs depend on the country of delivery and are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

Belgium and the Netherlands: free pickup point from 30 €, free home delivery from 45 €. France: free pickup point from 30 €; home delivery 5,90 € from 30 €, then 2,90 € from 45 €. Germany: free delivery from 45 €, to a pickup point or to your home. Thresholds apply to the product amount after discounts, VAT included.

These amounts apply to a standard parcel; a particularly bulky order may be subject to a quote, which we send you before shipping.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. In Belgium, delivery usually takes place within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Other countries: 2 to 9 working days depending on distance.

These times are indicative. For payment by bank transfer, they run from receipt of the funds.

If an order contains items available on different dates, the longest time applies. We may split the shipment; the delivery costs are then charged only once.

Receipt

If you are absent or the address is wrong, it is up to you to arrange a new delivery with the carrier. Any additional costs are payable by you.

If the parcel is not collected despite the carrier's visits, it is returned to us and you are informed by e-mail.

Checking on receipt

Check the condition and conformity of your parcel as soon as you receive it. Report any anomaly to us ideally within 48 hours, and in any case within two months of noticing it.
